Born in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. MX. April 21, 1983, has been a resident of El Paso, TX. Since 1989. He is the father of 4 boys. Currently serves as the Provincial Bishop of the United States, Mexico and Canada under Corpus Christi Apostolic Prelature (April 2015 –Present) . Bishop Ibarra was Consecrated on May this year to serve and shepherd the people of his Province. Due to Bishop Ibarra's devotion to our Lady of Guadalupe, he elected to name the Province under her name and care. He celebrates the Eucharist every Sunday at 10 am and 12 noon, providing a spiritual home to all those who have been turned away or hurt by other Churches. Bishop Ibarra strives to follow Jesus’ strict command to Love God before anyone and anything, and to love our neighbor. With this philosophy in mind, he does not judge, or condemn anyone that enters the doors of La Paz Faith.

Seminarian Jose D. Vasquez Jr. 
El Paso, Texas USA

Jose Vasquez has been part of Living Grace Church since May of 2015. He has been employed with the El Paso Independent School District since 2002. In 2004 he completed an associate’s degree in Computer Applications and Networking from the Border Institute of Technology.

 Jose and his wife Irma have been happily married since March 2011, together they run a food co-op and are very active with their nieces and nephews.  Irma and Jose help all members of Living Grace Church feel welcome and at home. Their support and generosity have helped nourish and grow the congregation.

Jose heard his call to serve while volunteering to help present the offerings during mass. With the encouragement of Monsignor Jesse Ibarra, Jose began to serve as an acolyte. After being inspired by Monsignor Jesse’s sermons and love for the community Jose asked to begin his formation with the Old Roman Catholic Apostolic Church Seminary to become a Deacon.
